Hello. llugo2003 Welcome to the forum. 1. You need to update your firmware: Go to site below and look for the model #. I think you need P10 28 00 00 1D C8 E0 00 00 01 00 Interpretation: Read (10) – Sector: 1951968 Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 1D C8 E0 0A 00 15 00 00 11 00 00 00 00 00 Interpretation: Unrecovered Read Error You have a bad spot on the DVD. Try cleaning real well and then try to rip it again or use DVDFAB Decrypter ( free ) and you can find it on this site at the top under software ( DVD Rippers ) If it fails again then you probably have a faulty mastering production problem ( bad press or a bubble)
